实验室化学师

任职资格：

1. Education: college degree or above in chemistry or related discipline;

化学或相关专业专科及以上学历；

2. At least 2 years experience on front line operation or lab in chemical, pharmaceutical or related industry, entry level applicants from university will be considered also;

至少有2年在一线生产或者实验室工作经验，有化工或者医药相关经验优先考虑，优秀的应届毕业生也可以考虑；

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and analytical thinking;

优秀的书面和口头沟通技巧及分析思维；

4. Good English writing ability and be able to oral exchange;

英语书面能力较好，有一定的口语沟通能力；

5. Excellent execution ，self-motivated and teamwork spirit.

优秀的执行力，积极主动，具有团队合作精神。

工作职责：

1. Develop, validate analytical methods using different kinds of equipments (GC, EDXRF…) and quality tools to ensure reliability and accuracy of analytical results.

使用不同的设备（GC，EDXR…）和质量工具开发、验证分析方法,以保证分析结果的可靠性和准确性。

2. Maintain files and records, and analyze data, and produce reports according to the requirement of ISO 17025.

根据国际标准化组织ISO 17025的要求维护文件和记录，并分析数据。

3. Manage laboratory equipment (troubleshooting, conducting preventive maintenance, and repairing) and conduct yearly calibration plan, keep lab equipment in normal operation.

管理实验室设备（排除故障，进行预防性维护，维修），并进行年度校准计划，以保证实验室设备的正常运行。

4. Conduct analytical research, solve problems, and provide consultation to support new product / process development.

5. 进行分析研究，解决问题，为新产品/工艺开发提供咨询。

Carry out internal audit according to ISO17025 management system.

根据ISO17025管理体系开展内部审计。

6. Develop new waste analysis method.

开发新的废料分析方法。

7. Assist lab superintendent on training to technician.

协助实验室主管对技术员进行培训。

8. Other tasks assigned by your supervisor.

完成上级交办的其他任务。
