维修工程师/Maintenance Engineer

岗位职责：

1.参与日常维护及大修计划的制定，监管大修的质量、安全。

Be involved for making routine maintenance and overhaul plan, supervising overhaul’s safety、 progress、quality.

2.维修数据的管理（Coswin、Bluebee、Odoo）。

Maintenance data statistics and management.

3.维修费用的统计和分析。

Analyze the maintenance expense and summarize the expense of maintenance.

4.优化修改标准作业程序或作业指导书。提高维修工作的标准化。

Improve the relevant standard operation procedure or work instruction; more maintenance work covered by standard procedure.

5.完善关键设备的监测，检查方案。

Update key equipment monitoring, inspection plan, and keep the corresponding documentation and records well organized

6.特种设备的管理。

Special equipment management.

7.负责维修项目的技术说明书的编制。

Responsible for maintenance project technical specification preparation.

8.CMMS 系统中备件使用情况统计，安全库存的设定。

Analysis the spare parts consumption, update safety stock.

9.做好维护和修理的记录；作好历史记录和工程文档。

Record data and times of inspections, tests, and repairs; maintain right history records and engineering files;
10.根据设备的使用状况，进行设备运行可靠性分析。

According to equipment usage condition, do the analysis for equipment reliability.

任职要求：

1.技能：熟练使用Office, AutoCAD软件
Skills: Office and AutoCAD software is required.
2.精神:沟通技巧；团队精神

Spirit: Good communication skills and teamwork spirit

3.语言能力 : 较强的英语阅读能力, 可以用英语交流

Language: Good English reading skill and can communicate in English

4.具备一定领导能力
