Objectives:

• Optimization of technical process and operations to fulfill the Q-EHS requirement of BASF
• Main contact person of process safety of resin plant and responsible for activities related to process safety

Main Tasks:

• Define record and control the technical and process-relevant KPIs (e.g. quality of process control, alarm-management…)
• Realize detailed -cause-analysis (process focused)
• Drive and ensure the realization of EHS reviews for all processes
• Responsible for the sustainable use and application of optimization tools (e.g. Lean-Tools)
• Realize the briefing of employees regarding equipment- and process-changes (MOC) including training courses.
• Share process optimization ideas and concept within the BU and in others BASF divisions
• Contact person for the further development of the processes
• Contact person for the process safety topics and responsible to realized process safety measures
• Initiate plant- and equipment-changes/modifications (process focused)
• Responsible for the documentation of process-changes (MOC)
• Responsible for the optimization of the processes (unit operations and work-processes)
• Participate in the development of the EC safety concept by proposing process improvements in EHS domain. Collaborate with the BU experts.
• Optimize the handling and operating concept of the plant

Requirements:

• Education: Mater Degree in Chemical Engineering
• Working Experience: ≥5 years
• Technical & Professional Knowledge: fluent English skill and computer skill, good communication ability and interpersonal understanding
