Objectives: - According to the defined test plan, following Company EHS guideline, properly operate the equipment to maintain the plant operation that meet the requirements in quantity and quality, schedule and process.

- Operates the machines/ equipment following defined production processes/ plans to meet the given test schedule.
- 按既定工艺/测试计划操作机器设备达到给定进度表的试验要求。
- According to the operation manual and work schedule, by the supervisor’s direction, instructions and supervision, operates the machines and equipment safely, accurately and efficiently. In terms of plant SOP/work instruction, BACH EHS manual and the supervisor’s direction, work closely with other operator to operate on facilities, valves, and instrument properly and effectively.
- 根据工艺规范，在工程师的指导，说明和监督下，安全地，精确地和有效地操作机器设备。按照装置操作手册、BACH的EHS手册和工程师的指挥和指 示，与其他操作员紧密配合安全准确并有效地操作设备、阀门和电气仪表设施。
- Observe operation of equipment/ control panels/ error lights/ error message of faulty output and identify any unusual findings and fix the problems. In terms of plant manual, BACH EHS manual and the supervisor’s direction, use inspection logbook for safety walk, inspection, and maintenance of specific facilities, valves, and instrument. Record and report the abnormal issue to supervisor.
- 监控设备运行，查看设备的控制屏和报警信息，现场巡检根据设备运行的噪声判断异常情况，确定问题。按照操作手册、EHS手册、BACH的EHS手册的要求和主管的指挥，利用检查表进行巡检、检查和特定的机器、阀门、电气仪表设备的维护任务。记录异常情况并及时报告。
- Alert the relevant personnel the unusual findings, deviations, malfunctions, or predictable troubles, e.g. shortages/ obstacles/ needs/ unsafe processes that cannot be solved, including recording the problems according to procedures/ standards.
- 警示提醒相关人员在操作中所发现的异常情况，数据偏差，误操作，可预见的故障，如：不能解决的工作缺陷，工作障碍，工作需求，不安全工艺，包括根据装置程序和标准记录问题的发生。
- Monitor the temperature, pressure, flow and reactions of materials and regulate as instructed.
- 根据指令，监视工艺操作生产中的温度，压力，流量和物料的反应和控制调整。
- Coordinate with/ report to the relevant personnel to ensure the necessary corrective actions are taken in time.
- 协调处理/报告给相关人员确保必须的纠正措施能按时执行。
- Maintain the workplace and working environment that support the work safety and efficient production activities according to plant safety regulations as well as company EHS guidelines.
- 根据装置的安全规定及公司的EHS方针，保持工作场所和工作环境以达到安全工作和高效生产活动的要求。
- Timely share the necessary information for the daily production with co-operators, e.g. changes, progress, machine performance. Keep production record d and patrol. Solve problems of the production process in coordination with other shift operators and shift supervisor.
- 及时和同事分享日常生产的相关信息，如：参数工艺变化，设备性能。准时做好生产记录及巡检。与班组成员及主管一起解决生产问题。
- Cooperate and communicate with planning, utility department, lab technician, maintenance and EHS personnel.
- 与计划，公用工程，实验室，维修及安全等部门联系及合作。
- Safety 安全
- Ensure the accurate hand-over of records of process, maintenance of plant to the next shift, implement EHS activities and inspection according to EHS manual. Ensure implementing all the EHS related activities in the plant.
- 确保工艺生产，巡检，维修的记录准确地移交给下一班，根据EHS手册执行相关的EHS活动和检查。确保完成所有装置内所有EHS相关的工作内容。
- According to the standards of EHS and instructions from supervisor, performs the supervision duties for any personnel from outside of department and their activities in the plant. Supervise and correct the action of both internal and external personnel in site to ensure the plant safety.
- 根据EHS标准及主管的指令, 监督和纠正内部和外部人员在操作现场的行为以确保装置的安全状态，行使对外来人员在装置内活动的监督职责。
- Follow up with the regulations and procedure of production, by supervisor’s instruction, takes samples to the lab and feedback the analysis data to shift supervisor.
- 遵守生产规定及程序, 根据主管指令, 取样送样并汇报数据给主管。
- Keeps the good condition of tools and personnel safety device for operation; check and maintain equipment and facilities of plant.
- 确保生产工具和个人安全设施的完好,检查和维护装置的设备和设施。
- In charge of all kind of safety measures for hazard, hot work and confined space work permit. When hot work or confined issued, inspect the relevant work spot regularly.
- 负责检查和执行危险工作许可证、动火许可证和限制性空间许可证中的工作前安全措施，工作中的安全措施以及工作后的安全措施。当有动火许可证或限制性空间许可证发放时，应定期巡检该动火许可证或限制性空间许可证的工作点。
- Mentors candidates for fresh operators.
- 新进操作员的师傅候选人。
- Quality Control质量控制
- Responsible for the process operation on the shift, including machines, equipment and facilities.
- 负责所在班组工艺单元及设备和设施的单元工作。
- Closely follow BACH Quality Assurance policies and QA Operating procedures in production monitor timely product quality relevant deviations to meet the required quality as planned. In terms of supervisor’s direction, follow the QM and QC procedure and operation manual strictly to take the sample and send to lab.
- 认真执行质保方针和质保程序,及时发现产品质量的变化,确保产品质量得到测试要求。严格遵守公司质量程序和装置操作手册，按照主管的指示和要求，在装置取样并将样品送实验室。
- Housekeeping现场整洁
- Clean the area around the work station to keep it free from any waste, dirt and obstructions.
- 及时打扫工作场所,确保现场没有废弃物, 杂物和障碍物，维持现场整洁。
Requirements: - Education: Vocational School or above education in chemical engineering or related discipline; 职业学校或以上学历，化工工程或相关专业；
- Working Experience: 2 year of working experience in chemical manufacturing;
- 2年化工生产工作经验；
- Technical & Professional Knowledge: natively completed education with outstanding results as chemical plant operator in specialized school;
- 在专科学校有化工工厂操作员相关配套教育并获得出色成绩；
- Basic English and computer skills, good interpersonal skills.
- 基本英语及电脑技能，良好人际关系技巧。
