Objectives: - Responsible for planning, directing and controlling operational activities in a safe and professional manner, to ensure the accuracy and precision of reported data continuously and to meet the requirement of internal and external customers, including the authorities.
- Manage EHS activities in lab to BASF EHS standards
- Lead the quality management system of lab to meet/exceed the requirements of ISO17025
Main Tasks: - Develop and maintain the management system of central lab to fully meet the requirements of ISO17025
- Analysis method development, validation and verification, including uncertainty study, Interlaboratory comparisons & proficiency testing with the certified proficiency testing providers
- Lab devices management to ensure the reliable and continuous service, including ion, installation, acceptance test and application test; Plan and implement the calibration, intermediate check to ensure the metrological traceability of measurement result.
- Plan and implement quality monitoring of testing in central lab to ensure the continuous competency of all practices.
- SOP creation, , review and publish, alignment with the d standards of GB, HJ, HG…
- Lab chemicals management, including purchasing, daily operation, safety stock and supplier performance management of chemicals
- Lead the HIRA analysis of QC lab according to lab activities and chemicals/samples and develop the PPE matrix
- Leading the EHS relative test requests for whole site of BACH, including request review, sample management, follow SOPs to test samples and issue the report according to the requirements of ISO17025
- Develop the test methods to fully meet the special test requests which are out of plant QC capabilities
- As QC lab of Chemcycling, Fully support the test requests of the new plant, including raw material, in-process and finished goods
- Actively support the investigation and corrective & preventive actions development and implementation for customer complaint.
- The development, maintenance and continuously improvement of the EHS&En management system in central lab to fully meet the internal and external requirement. Ensure the achievement of all KPIs in lab
Requirements: - Education: Chemical Bachelor and above
- Working Experience: min. 5 years QC related working experience
- Technical & Professional Knowledge: Good command of oral and written English, good communication skills; Good EHS awareness. Familiar with ISO17025 is preferred.
