The objectives of this position include but not limit below: - Maintenance work process

Main Tasks: - Maintenance work process: Maintain, inspect, test, and adjust all physical plant systems, machinery and equipment on a regular basis in order to detect any potential problems.
- Maintenance work process: Carry out repair service for machines, including drawing for E&I parts if needed, Detect the frequent default machine and conduct simple repairing timely. Report to supervisor usual or unsolvable problems to ensure the smooth operation of the machinery/equipment.
- Maintenance work process: Maintain and the documentation and maintenance records in and out SAP
- Maintenance work process: Responsible production line meet the target,
- Spare parts management: Monitor the stock of spare parts to ensure no interruption of operation of the machinery repairing due to stock problems.
- Spare parts management: Collect the technical specification of new spare part’s article number, determine safety and maximum stock and regular review spare parts stocking levels. Maintain spare parts stock at safe but economical levels.
- Equipment reliability improvement: According to supervisor’s instruction and production plans, develop maintenance plan and participate in drafting technical/ process improvement plan to ensure the function of machinery/equipment meet production requirements.
- Equipment reliability improvement: Cooperate with maintenance technician finish BAP and according to the PDCA method, check the long-term action’s effectiveness.
- Equipment reliability improvement: Created and preventive or predictive maintenance plan and WI for new equipment and long-term action from BAP.
- Maintenance excellence: Give advice, instruction and train the team members, especially for new recruits. WI, Fault analysis report and OPL are the part of training material
- Project management: According to the CAPEX and Small investment plan and supervisor’s assignment, carry out the project management, including project application, support MOC, bidding, installation, RfSU…
- Maintenance spending: Create maintenance work order and purchase requirement for production support and spare parts replenishment requirement from maintenance technicians.
- EHS rules follow up: According to plant policy and procedures and supervisor’s direction, adhere to safety and housekeeping practices and report any unsafe work or equipment conditions to the supervisor to ensure the plant safety
- KPI measure: Achieve the yearly target which discussed and aligned with supervisor and regular review the working performance.
- Others work arrangements from supervisor to meet operation target in company policy scope
Requirements: - Education: Bachelor's degree, min 5 years working experience, majored in Electrical Engineering or Process Automation
- Working Experience: Maintenance experience in Auto, Chemical and Food industry, or catalysis relevant working experience is prefer
- Acceptable communication skills in English and Mandarin,
- Ability to review P&ID
- Able to use the software of AutoCAD and MS Office etc.
- Familiar with GB codes
- Familiar with Siemens PLC, and Wonderware Intouch software
- Familiar Fanuc or Kuka robot in advance
