岗位职责:
- Maintenance management:
- QEHSAccording to the government and site QEHS rules, comprehensively implement related QEHS policy and procedure, training technicians and in-house contractors to ensure all maintenance work to match all QEHS requirement.
- Technical management：1.Follow the site maintenance procedure to support the plant asset manager for maintaining the SAP master date (Function location) and developing the RBM, join to set the plant maintenance strategy.
- 2.Define E&I equipment class (ABC) and spare part list, responsible for executing PPM plan.
- 3.Define the maintenance plan with asset manager according to the maintenance procedure. Arrange the reasonable resource to finish the maintenance work with safety and high efficiency.
- 4. Responsible for trouble shooting of E&I equipment.
- 5. Support the team leader to develop the BAP list and RCFA analysis for some equipment faults of high UL and high cost lost according to the company's BAP procedure, develop the propose solutions and implement, then track status.
- Maintenance quality:According to the equipment classification list (ABC), revise the maintenance SOP and construction scheme, define the acceptance standard, Training these for technicians and in-house; Strictly follow the requirement to improve the maintenance quality and efficiency.
- Contractor management:1. According to the contractor management and plant production requirement, arrange the proper in-house resource, provide training of related maintenance safety, technology and work flow for in-house. Support team leader to take month performance assessment of in-house to improve the efficiency and quality of maintenance work.
- 2.For FO contractors and other contractors, provide the safe training and construction site management; Controlling the construction site safety and quality by yellow card and white card.
- Document management:According to the ISO9001/14001 and site document management requires to manage the technical document, which include equipment document, maintenance records, fault analysis, PPM plan, PID changes, equipment list and equipment classification chart , monthly report, maintenance meeting records and employee’s safety training records.
- Maintenance cost:1. Control and analysis monthly and yearly maintenance cost. Choose new technology, new material to improve maintenance quality and efficiency and the cost utilization rate.
- 2. Cost settlement base on the PM’s requirement. (M-2 target). Monthly review the settlement status.
- Project management: Support team leader to develop the project proposal and project budget for CET plant; For the project which is taking charge by own team, Control the project cost and schedule, finally finish the acceptance check.
- Management of electrical professional discipline: according to electrical professional procedure and standard rules, standardized the electrical management requirement of PM area and supervise plant electrical engineers to follow up. Support plant electrical engineers and arrange related resource to kill electrical troubles. Especially during the BAP program execution, Continuous focus and supervise the whole BAP actions as electrical professional leader until finish. Support for all related audit of PM plant.
任职要求:
- Education: Bachelor and above degree related major.
- Working Experience: 5 years and above related.
- Technical & Professional Knowledge:① Fluent in English speaking and writing.
- ②Sufficient maintenance knowledge of instrument and electrical equipment.
- ③ Sufficient knowledge of PLC maintenance.
- ④Siemens PLC’s project experience is preferred.
- ⑤ Proficient programme troubleshooting skills of system SIMENS PLC.
