岗位职责:
Main Task:
- Act as local Key to verify product development at each stage and its fit into the requirements and processes from the site.
- Responsible for specifying requirements from site by collecting requirements from local users and stakeholders, make priorities of its implementation jointly with the Regional Solution Architect teams.
- Responsible for the back integration of digital products onto local/existing systems to ensure local compatibility, such as e.g. batch recipe systems, distributed control systems and programmable logic control systems.
- Ensure Go-Live readiness and robustness such as vigorous testing, specifying and conducting user acceptance test requirement, local training of impacted users, translation local languages, risk management and mitigation of potential shortcomings.
- Accountable for developing a comprehensive local roll-out and implementation plan that engages all relevant stakeholders from site such as EHS, E&M, Production, Quality Control, Application Centers, On-site Logistics, Order Management, Material Management, Warehouse, Scheduling & Planning and Customer Service.
- Responsible for providing temporary workaround/fixes for potential shortcoming of digital tools. Collect and report on bugs to Regional Solution Architect for patch s.
- Management of change to ensure sustainable digital transformation locally, e.g. training adequacy, user acceptance.
- Develop, implement and monitor KPIs to demonstrate that rolled-out digital products meet the targeted impact and benefits. Collect feedback to make continuous improvement and optimization needs.

Requirements:
- Education: University Bachelor Degree in a technical, engineering or business focused environment
- Working Experience:
- Min. 5yr experience in manufacturing & supply chain management, familiar with production and material management workflow, scheduling/planning processes and automations
- Min. 3yr experience working in Projects, familiar in Agile and software development advantageous
- Technical & Professional Knowledge:
- Ability to communicate effectively, strong command in English local language
- Digital or IT transformation experience beneficial
