Sr. Project Engineer项目工程师 职位描述

岗位职责：

Contract/Scope

1、Control contract items, especially scope of delivery, cost control, project specifications, executing procedures, documentation requirements, quality demand, project schedule, delivery time, etc.;

2、Conduct project meetings (Kick-Off, internal, pre-inspection, etc.), with agenda, minutes and follow-up actions;

3、Negotiating or clarify the change of contract with customer, subcontractor and internal related departments;

4、Manage warranty claim and/or complaint from customer side;

Documentation

1、Managing contract document;

2、Project Progress Report, including Project Executing Planning, etc. to customer;

3、Internal and external correspondence management;

4、Project close-out report for required projects;

Purchasing

1、Support procurement to issue subcontract for 3rd party equipment;

2、Check and confirm with ICO project manager if project execution in planned schedule;

3、Check and expedite 3rd party equipment to assure the equipment delivery in planed schedule;

4、If any delay, solve it to meet project delivery requirement.

Engineering

1、Collect and submit documents to customer as per the required schedule and requirement;

2、Collect and distribute customer's comments or requirements within project team members, to ICO project manager and to 3rd party;

3、And acknowledge of documents confirmation from customer;

4、If any delay, solve it to meet the related delivery requirement.

Fabrication

1、Check and confirm Fabrication Planning can meet project requirement;

2、Tracking fabrication status;

3、If any delay, solve it to meet project delivery requirement.

Inspection/QC

1、Prepare the customer witness inspection planning, confirm it with workshop planning, and submit for customer to confirm it as early as possible;

2、Check and inspect the product quality together with QC support;

3、Ensure final documentation/MDR are received;

Delivery/Shipping

1、Obtain and check Packing List from workshop or 3rd party suppliers;

2、Issue Packing List (preliminary or final) and shipping notice to customer;

3、Collect customer goods receiving acceptance.

4、Coordinate with other department to assure delivery go smoothly.

Costs, Invoice, Payment

1、Control and trace the project cost;

2、Review project costs in SAP on regular basis;

3、Highlight/investigate significant over budget costs with relevant functional department;

4、Deal with variation claims from supplier and customer;

5、Prepare, submit VAT invoice to customer in timely manner after delivery according to the contract;

6、Be responsible of collecting all payment in time.

Other tasks assigned by managers/ group leader.

岗位要求：

1、More than five years work experience in Chemical, Petrochemical, Refinery Industry or chemical equipment manufacturing industry;

2、Has skid project execution experience preferred;

3、Has piping or process design experience preferred;

4、More than three years work experience in Project Management preferred;

5、Working experience in chemical equipment manufacture and design institute preferred;

6、More than one year work experience in International Environment preferred;

7、 Technical background Bachelor required,

8、A degree in Chemical Equipment or Chemical Engineering preferred

9、Fluent both in writing and talking in English

10、Good computer application, such as word, excel, powerpoint, etc. (Autocad preferred)

11、Good communication

12、Be fully aware of project status at all times with high responsibility and ownership;

13、Maintain good relationship with inter-company/outer customer

14、Skill of subcontractor management;

15、Team spirits and experience sharing;

16、Obey all regulation and rules of company.
