Production Engineer_PP生产工程师 职位描述岗位职责： 1、Preparing, updating and implementing PP production related process & SOP 2、Ensure the good quality of the PP products with setting up acceptable quality criteria and improving production process 3、Production purchase requisition application 4、Review fabrication drawings and make production preparation 5、Technical support along production and take lead of production NCR close 6、Feedback problems and provide solutions 7、Attend skid assembly kick off meeting and technical clarification meeting 8、Actively coordinate with other department/ supplier, concerning of material, technical clarity and delivery schedule 9、Assist workshop manager on production planning and execution, ensuring production efficiency and quality improving, keeping 5S & safety enhancement 10、Other tasks assigned from superior/manager 岗位要求： 1、More than 5 years related working experience on mechanical production 2、Own chemical equipment production experience, skid assembly experience is a plus 3、Bachelor of mechanical engineering 4、Production management knowledge, Lean, SAP knowledge preferred 5、Own certain experience on mechanical production and piping fabrication as per ISO matrices 6、Familiar with plant installation experience is a plus 7、Be good at CAD software 8、Skill of subcontractor management 9、Good English in both oral and written 10、Be good at Microsoft office software like word, excel, PowerPoint…etc. 11、Positive, proactive, decisive and willing to challenge 12、Well communication skill 13、Result oriented and accountability 14、High moral standards and self-discipline |
