职位描述：　

1 To review the various project contracts from the clients and participate in the contract negotiation if necessary. Provide legal advice during the execution of the project contracts.
2 To draft, review other contracts based on the requirement from different departments.
3 Legal research for the latest laws, regulations and policies in chemical industry.
4 Routine, such as updating and maintaining the datasheet for contracts which shall be archived by LGA department, ISMS work.

职位要求：　

1 4 to 6 years of work experience related to contract.
2 Having work experience in chemical industry is preferred.
3 Be familiar with various laws in respect of contract, insurance, bond and commerce.
4 Legal background with National Lawyer Certificate is preferred.
5 Fluent English in both oral and writing.
