合成化学师（研发） 职位描述

Main Responsibility主要工作职责：

l  Focus on formulation driven based Waterborne Emulsion, Acrylic Pressure Sensitive Adhesive Resin and Synthesis of Modified Polyolefin Resin。专注于配方开发所需要的水性乳液，丙烯酸压敏胶树脂和改性聚烯烃树脂的合成。关键词：水性乳液，合成，丙烯酸压敏胶，改性聚烯烃树脂。

l  Work with technical service team, applied engineering team to provide suitable solution and developing right product与技术支持团队和应用工程团队一起合作，提供合适的解决方案并开发适合的产品。

l  Take lead of pilot product trial run related work including IQC Spec, SOP，QC and so on。负责产品中试生产相关事宜，包括产品的原材料进料检测规范，生产规范，质量检测规范等。

Main Requirement主要需求：

l  Hard working attitude工作态度积极；

l  Strong Ownership非常强的责任心；

l  Fresh candidate major in Polymer, Chemical and Material related is required. 新毕业的学生需要是高分子，化学或者材料相关专业；应届生也可

l  Experience on Synthetic, especially emulsion related synthesis is a plus，有合成相关的经验，尤其是乳液相关的经验优先考虑；

l  1-2 years or above working experience on water-based emulsion,  hot melt adhesive or polyurethane adhesive is a plus.有水性乳液，热熔胶或聚氨酯胶黏剂领域1~2年以上工作经验的优先考虑；

l  Working time is flexible base on communication with line manager基于和直线领导协商，工作时间可以单独安排；
