职位描述： 负责DCS系统操作，开车，停车；当工艺异常时能够及时调整，保证设备的安全可靠运行 能够独立签发安全工作许可证，识别风险，能源隔离 发现设备故障或异常后，协调相关工程师及时解决故障，并做好相关维修记录 协助工程师做好每月的PPM任务，并做好相关记录 熟悉BSP?系统，并能每月定期组织BSP?的会议 确保工厂设备设施符合国家标准/AP?标准，做好定期校验/检测，并做好相关记录 了解分析仪/纯化器的工作原理，异常时能够及时汇报，并协助工程师/厂家解决异常 分析仪读值异常时，迅速判断异常原因，并及时沟通客户，异常解除后发送异常报告给客户 ? 职位要求： 化工专业或从事化工行业2年经验 负责工厂日常运行的巡检和监控，做好相关记录，发现问题能及时处理或及时汇报主管 专注工厂人员安全，工艺安全，设备安全 要有一定语言表达能力和沟通能力，及时处理客户提出的相关问题 严格执行各项安全管理规章制度和安全操作程序 态度积极，思路清晰，责任心强 适应倒班工作制度
