间接采购 职位描述作为采购部的职能岗位保证佛山PS工厂，宁波PS工厂，上海办公室及广州办公室生产需求及其他部门所需的恰当的材料及服务按时交付，同时执行材料库存控制以满足成本与预算控制目标，确保所有采购流程符合集团政策和指导准则Material and Service Procurement 60% 材料及服务采购活动 60% Ensuring the utilities contract(s) are renewed on time. Processing monthly POs based on finance requirements accordingly.确保公用工程合同及时更新，根据财务要求处理月度订单 Spare parts, equipment and maintenance services requested by Maintenance Dept. 维修部门请购的备品备件，设备及维修服务 Personal protection equipment demand from SHE Dept. SHE部门请购的 Safety monitoring and detection services from SHE Dept. SHE部门请购的安全监测及检测服务 Chemical reagent, equipment for Lab testing 实验室化学试剂，试验设备 Stationary and consumable materials supply. 办公用品及其他易耗品 Business service and ICT demand for Foshan PS site, Ningbo PS site, Shanghai office and Guangzhou office in China 佛山工厂，宁波工厂，上海办公室及广州办公室的商业类服务,通讯及IT设备及服务 Other procurement tasks that may be assigned by the manager from time to time. 采购经理分配的其他采购工作 Capex procurement for Ningbo plant 30% 宁波工厂项目的采购 Participate as a key member of the Project team starting from the initial stage. Provide equipment, service and even vendor message for Project development 为项目进展提供信息包含设备，服务及供应商信息 Set up the communication channels between vendor(s) and the Project team 建立供应商与项目组的沟通渠道 Conduct bidding for materials, equipment and services as required by the Project 根据项目需求，组织材料，设备及服务的招标工作 Finalize price and contract negotiations 与供应商进行价格及合同的谈判 Follow up on the delivery of Purchase order(s) & contract(s) 采购订单及合同交付的跟踪 Coordinate the goods receipt and unloading of materials, and or equipment 协调收货及材料，设备的卸货 Support the finance team on supplier payments, as per the contract payment terms and Project progress. 支持财务并确认合同付款符合项目进展及合同条款 Supplier Management and other 10% 供应商管理及其他 10% Manage supplier qualification(s) and supplier master data creation and changes in Coupa and SAP. 管理供应商认证及再Coupa和SAP中注册变更流程 Foster & maintain good relationships with key suppliers. 维护关键供应商关系以确保与英力士苯领良好的合作 Conduct annual supplier performance evaluations and any required follow up activities. 年度供应商绩效评估及跟踪 Support procurement data analysis and produce corresponding report(s) for the company’s decision-making 提供采购数据分析并提交相关报告以供公司进行决策 Participate in safety activities organized by SHE 参与SHE组织的安全活动 Level of education & Knowledge 教育及知识水平 University graduate in a business major, trading or mechanical, chemical background preferred 大学学历，商科,贸易或者机械相关专业，化工背景优先 At least 5 years of procurement experience 至少5年采购工作经验 Experience in indirect procurement is a must 必要的间接采购经验 Min. 5-8 years of working experience in procurement in China, with a minimum of 3 years in a multinational organization 最少5-8年在中国采购工作经验及至少3年在跨国公司工作 Experience in working with cross functional teams preferred 有跨职能部门合作经验 Excellent knowledge of the procurement tools and good knowledge of procurement process is preferred 具备优秀的采购方面的知识关于采购工具及采购流程 Proven experience in indirect categories, preferably in MRO and / or Capex categories 具有间接物料品类采购经验，尤其是MRO及项目资本支出 Experience in Project management preferred 具备项目管理经验 Teamwork spirit 具有团队工作精神 Technical skills: SAP experience in MM modules 具有SAP操作经验 Excellent command of written and oral English 优秀的英语口语及书面语能力 Proficiency in Microsoft office 熟练掌握微软Office办公软件 |
