计划调度岗 职位描述原材料需求计划(Material Requirements Planning - MRP)l基于销售预测、生产主计划和物料清单(BOM),利用MRP系统计算和发布原材料、零部件及包装材料的净需求。 Calculate and release net requirements for raw materials, components, and packaging materials based on sales forecasts, master production schedules (MPS), and Bills of Materials (BOM) using MRP systems. l监控原材料库存水平,识别短缺、过剩或呆滞风险,并采取预防/纠正措施。 Monitor raw material inventory levels, identify risks of shortages, excess, or obsolescence, and take preventive/corrective actions. l向采购部门下达采购申请(PR)或采购订单(PO),确保物料按时、按量、按质到位。 Generate Purchase Requisitions (PR) or Purchase Orders (PO) for the Procurement team to ensure materials are available on time, in quantity, and to specification. l跟踪采购订单状态,与供应商和采购部门紧密沟通,解决物料供应问题(如延迟、质量问题)。 Track purchase order status, communicate closely with suppliers and the Procurement team to resolve material supply issues (e.g., delays, quality problems). l管理安全库存策略,优化原材料库存周转率。 Manage safety stock strategies to optimize raw material inventory turnover. 2.生产主计划与排程(Master Production Scheduling & Production Planning) l根据销售订单、销售预测、产能分析及物料可用性,制定和发布可行的主生产计划(MPS)和详细的生产日/周计划。 Develop and release feasible Master Production Schedules (MPS) and detailed daily/weekly production schedules based on sales orders, sales forecasts, capacity analysis, and material availability. l将主生产计划分解为车间/产线的具体生产订单。 Decompose the MPS into specific production orders for workshops/production lines. l监控生产进度,识别潜在延误或瓶颈(设备、人员、物料),协调相关部门(生产、工程、质量)解决问题,确保计划按时完成。 Monitor production progress, identify potential delays or bottlenecks (equipment, manpower, materials), coordinate with relevant departments (Production, Engineering, Quality) to resolve issues and ensure on-time schedule adherence. l根据物料供应、设备故障、订单变更等实际情况,及时调整生产计划并沟通更新。 Adjust production plans promptly and communicate updates based on actual situations such as material supply, equipment breakdowns, order changes, etc. l平衡生产负荷,优化产能利用率。 Balance production load to optimize capacity utilization. 3. 销售订单分配 (Sales Order Allocation) l 根据需求并结合库存情况,转订单予以开票通知仓储发货; According to the requirements and combined with the inventory status, the transfer order is issued for invoicing and notifying the warehouse to dispatch goods. 4.库存控制与分析(Inventory Control & Analysis) l监控在制品(WIP)和成品库存水平。 Monitor Work-In-Progress (WIP) and finished goods inventory levels. l分析库存数据,识别改进机会,提出降低库存成本、减少呆滞料的建议。 Analyze inventory data, identify improvement opportunities, and propose suggestions to reduce inventory costs and minimize obsolete stock. l参与或主导库存盘点工作。 Participate in or lead physical inventory counts. 5.跨部门协作与沟通(Cross-functional Collaboration & Communication) l与销售、采购、生产、仓储物流、工程、质量等部门保持高效沟通与协作。 Maintain effective communication and collaboration with Sales, Procurement, Production, Warehousing/Logistics, Engineering, Quality, and other departments. l及时向相关部门和上级汇报计划执行情况、潜在风险和应对措施。 Report production plan execution status, potential risks, and countermeasures to relevant departments and management in a timely manner. l参与销售与运营计划(S&OP)或产销协调会议。 Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or production-sales coordination meetings. 6.系统与报告(Systems & Reporting) l熟练使用ERP/MRP系统(如SAP、Excel及其他办公软件)。 Proficiently use ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Excel, and other office software). l生成并分析相关计划与库存报告。 Generate and analyze relevant planning and inventory reports. l维护计划相关数据的准确性。 Maintain the accuracy of planning-related data |
