岗位职责： 1. Plant Construction Assist in tracking the construction progress and coordinate the regional construction during the CPTF construction. 协助 CPTF 建设期间项目现场施工进度跟踪，区域施工协调等 Assist in monitoring the site construction with sense of ownership and stop it in time if there is any unsafe behavior. 协助监督项目现场施工是否规范，发现不安全行为及时制止 Assist the engineering team to supervise and inspect the construction quality, and check whether the construction is according to the drawing. 协助工程团队监督检验施工质量，检查施工现场是否按图施工 Assist the project acceptance，participate in the punch list inspection and PSSR work, participate in the production preparation and test before ready for start. 协助现场工程竣工验收，参与三查四定和PSSR工作，参与开工前的生产准备和试车， 2. 关于巴斯夫湛江一体化基地（正在建设中）

巴斯夫正在广东省湛江市积极建设其新型一体化基地。该基地于2018年7月宣布筹建并于2019年11月正式启动，是巴斯夫迄今为止最大的海外投资项目，至2030年投资总额高达100亿欧元，由巴斯夫独立建设运营，建成后将成为巴斯夫在全球的第三大一体化生产基地，仅次于德国路德维希港和比利时安特卫普基地。

巴斯夫湛江一体化基地将分期进行建设。首套装置已于2022年9月正式宣布投入运营。另一套生产热塑性聚氨酯（TPU）的装置将于2023年投入运营，从而满足华南地区及整个亚洲市场多个增长行业的客户需求。整个基地预计将于2030年建成。
